What is Digital Grandparents?
Digital Grandparents, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to providing older adults with access to the wonders of computers and the Internet.
Our programs seek to open up the world of Internet communication, social media, news and information, online shopping and games, photo-sharing and editing, and more to the growing segment of older adults who struggle with or wish to improve their skills with this new technology.
We help older adults enrich their lives by enabling them to connect with people and explore the world from their living room chairs.
Group and Individual Tutoring
Through our volunteer network, we provide workshops at community centers, senior centers and facilities for older adults at all skill levels. These can be in group or individual sessions.
You can find us regularly on Saturdays from 2 PM to 4 PM at the St. Agnes branch of the New York Public Library at 444 Amsterdam Ave on the Upper West Side, NYC. No sign up required. Please come by for no-fee 1:1 tutoring every Saturday.
